Jaha, då har man avklarat ett andra webbradioprogram idag! Det handlade om den sunkiga rättstaten Sveriges behandling av terroristmisstänkta personer under "kriget mot terrorismen". Det handlar om palestiniern och den tillika terroristmisstänkte Hassan Asad. Jag blir så satans irriterad på dessa antiterroristlagar som luktar åsidosättande av grundläggande mänskliga rättigheter lång väg. Hassan är inte svensk medborgare (däremot är hans familj det) och han är nu terroriststämplad av Säpo. All eventuell bevisning är hemlig för honom och hans advokat, som även är belagd med munkavle. Hassan har alltså inte ens en tillsymmelse till rättsskydd i ett av världens stoltaste länder som gärna slår sig för bröstet för sin rättssäkerhet. Han bedöms av regeringen som en nationell säkerhetsrisk och kan komma att utvisas närsomhelst. Men p.g.a. att han är aktuell i media har man inte gjort allvar av utvisningen till Jordanien. Människorättsorganisationer pekar på att tortyr är verklighet för de som stämplas som terrorist av en europeisk stat.Jag besökte Göteborg innan årsskiftet där Hassan bor och fick privilegiet att intervjua honom inför dagens program. Och idag intervjuade jag Jan Guillou som engagerat sig djupt i fallet och skrivit flera artiklar. Under intervjun gav Guillou en rejäl känga till regerigen. Överraskningen i sändingen var när den förra justitieministern Bodström fick stabilt med grovsalt. Och med rätta. Målen helgar medlen. Och Sverige som har en lång och fin tradition av att följa rättsprinciper går nu i en motsatt rikting. Det luktar en repris av den svenska utvisningen (med hjälp av CIA på svensk mark) av de två egyptierna som senare utsattes för tortyr. Ja, va fan... följer inte terroristerna lagarna så ska väl vi heller inte göra det i vår kamp, verkar det som. Snacka om sticka upp huvudet hårt och långt där solen inte lyser. "Cloverfield" på bio fick avsluta dagen... här följer en recension: avskedsfest, triangeldrama i en halvtimme, jättemonster, löper amok, skiter ut mindre monster, människor bits, människor dör, bomber faller... oj, filmen saknar pengar, så filmen slutar abrupt. Alltså, icke sevärd... no no no! Hell no!
WHO'S THE TERRORIST NOW?
Well, today I broadcasted my second webradio broadcast! It was about the crappy justice nation Sweden concerning the treatment of terrorist acused people in the name of "the war against terrorism". It's about the terrorist acused palestinian guy Hassan Asad. I get so damn angry thinking about these anti terrorist laws that smells disregardment of basic human rights. Hassan isn't a swedish citizen (which his family on the contrary is) and he's now terrorist acused by the swedish secret service Säpo. är inte svensk medborgare (däremot är hans familj det) och han är nu terroriststämplad av Säpo. All pressumed evidence is classified so he can't defend himself since he and his attorney aren't allowed to know what the accusations are. So, Hassan hasn't the slightest shred of justice to lean on in one of the most proud countries when it comes to citizen justice. By the government he is a national security risk and he can be extradited anytime soon. But due to the publicity in the media the government hasn't fulfilled the extradition of Hassan to Jordania yet. Human rights organizations continue to point out that people pointed out as terrorist suspects by a European nation are faced with torture if they're extradited to Jordan.
I visited Gothemburg right before Christmas last year and had the privilige to make an interview with Hassan for todays webradio broadcast. And I also interviewed Jan Guillou who has written several articles in the media about this matter. During this interview Guillou made thumbs down to the current government about this matter. However, the surprise emerged when Guillou verbally bashed the former Secretary of Justice, the socialdemocrat Thomas Bodström, for being too forward on promoting anti democratic laws during the "war on terrorism" (sutch as the laws that makes Hassan's life not worth living). And I kind of agree with Guillou's critisism. Obviously nowdays the means justifies the methods. Sweden is a country that has been proud for standing up and opposing the injustices in the world... now, we have turned around and are walking the opposite way! Suddenly it smells a re-run of the Swedish extradition of the two egyptians (with the help of the CIA on Swedish soil), who later faced torture although we were promised otherwise. Yes, what the hell... if the terrorists doesn't follow the laws, then why should we in this battle against terrorism, I wonder? Wow, let's talk about shoving up are asses so hard and so far up where the sun doesn't shine. Well... not worth a penny... no, no, no! Hell no!
