Gratis arbetskraft?

Tycker du att det är stressigt på jobbet och att det hindrar dej från att bemöta kunder på ett bra sätt? Känner du att tiden före inte räcker till för att förbereda arbetsdagen i stort? Kommer du rentav in till jobbet tidigare varje dag än du behöver för att hinna med alla förberedelser och för att bemöta kunder utan stress? Om ja, har du inte insett att du skänker arbetsgivaren gratis arbetstid som du inte får betalt för? "Du gillar ditt jobb," förklarar profithungern för övrigt till varför du kommer in tidigare till jobbet. "Skitsnack!" säger förnuftet, för det är gratis pengar som åker rätt ner i fickan på de giriga som profiterar på din gratis arbetskraft.

Do you experience stress on your job to that degree that it makes it impossible to serve your clients in a good manner? Do you think that the time before your actual shift isn't enough to prepair yourself for the day? Do you acctually show up earlier than you acctually need to in order to prepair everything and to be able to serve your clients to the best of your capability? If so, are you aware of that you are giving your employer free labour without getting paid? "You like your work" could be one probable explaination the profit interest are giving you to why you show up at work earlier. "Bullshit!" replies the common reason because of the free money that end up in the pockets of the greedy ones who makes profit out of the free labour you're giving them.
